I authorize the Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC (“Club”) to take photographs, videotapes and other recordings to record my image, voice, conversation, sounds and other pictorial, audio and visual representations and expressions during and in connection with the Event. I agree to let the Club use my name, image and likeness from the Event free of charge for any purpose in any media now known or hereafter developed.
