Arizona Cardinals 2025 Draft Party Liability Waiver

LIABILITY WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE

The Event or Trip (the “Event”): Arizona Cardinals 2025 Draft Party

Date(s) of the Event: April 24, 2025   

Event Location: The Great Lawn at State Farm Stadium

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF POSSIBLE LEGAL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURIES AND DAMAGES. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.

In consideration of my and/or my child’s participation in the Event, I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

1. I acknowledge that as part of my and/or my child’s participation in the Event there are dangers, hazards, and inherent risks to which I and/or my child may be exposed. I assume and accept all risk of bodily injury, illness, death, property damage and other harm connected with my and/or my child’s participation in the Event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses due to illness or injury in connection with the Event. 
   
   
2. I acknowledge that the Event may involve strenuous and hazardous physical activities, including rock climbing, and I certify that I and/or my child is in excellent physical health and have no physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would prevent me and/or my child from participating in the Event. I grant permission to the Released Parties and/or Event parties to provide emergency medical treatment if needed.
   
   
3. I hereby indemnify, hold harmless, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC, the National Football League, their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and volunteers, subcontractors, sponsors and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for all present and future claims, demands, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise out of or in connection with any personal injury, even injury resulting in death, property damage, and/or other loss suffered by me or my child (collectively, “Claims”) in connection with my or my child’s participation in the Event, including any Claims arising out of the negligence of the Released Parties. This Release is also intended to include all Claims of my or my child’s family, estate, heirs, personal representatives or assigns.
   
   
4. PHOTO RELEASE: I authorize the Released Parties to take photographs and videotapes and to record my or my child’s voice, conversation and other sounds during and in connection with the Event. I agree to let the Released Parties use my or my child’s name, likeness and demographic information free of charge in any manner and for any purpose in any media now known or hereafter developed.
   
   
5. I am not under any legal disabilities that prevent me from being legally bound by this Liability Waiver and Photo Release (this “Release”). I agree that this Release, and any dispute arising from or involving this Release, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
   
   
6. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and agree to the Arizona Cardinals Football Club's Terms & Conditions and understand that personal information will be used as described in the Arizona Cardinals Football Club Privacy Policy.
   
   
7. I have carefully read and fully understand the meaning of this waiver and release of all claims, and that I have voluntarily signed below.

I hereby execute this Waiver and Release on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
