ARIZONA CARDINALS PRO BOWL PARTNER ROAD TRIP WAIVER 2025
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURIES AND DAMAGES
IMPORTANT: THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF POSSIBLE LEGAL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURIES AND DAMAGES. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.
In connection with my participation in the Arizona Cardinals Corporate Partner Road Trip Saturday, February 1 through Monday, February 3, 2025 to Orlando, Florida (the “Event”), I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC, d/b/a Arizona Cardinals, its related, affiliated and subsidiary companies (and each of their respective managers, members, directors, officers, agents, employees and assigns) (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, losses or damages (“Claims”) on account of any injury, including death or damage to property which, I, the undersigned, may accrue on account of or in any way arising out of my participation in, or travel in connection with, the Event. I further release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees from any and all such Claims caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I understand the Event may be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded, and I agree to let the Releasees use my name, likeness and demographic information free of charge in any manner and for any purpose in any media now known or hereafter developed.
I am not under any legal disabilities that prevent me from being legally bound by this Waiver and Release of Liability for Personal Injury and Property Damage (this “Waiver and Release”). I agree that this Waiver and Release, and any dispute arising from or involving this Waiver and Release, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
I hereby execute this Release on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
